MAPK1IP1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK1IP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,744 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK1IP1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, mRNA destabilization, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with MAPK1IP1L in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK1IP1L-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK1IP1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA alternative polyadenylation grouped by MAPK1IP1L-low versus MAPK1IP1L-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK1IP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK1IP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
