Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,415 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK14-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF2, TLR8, and PLEK. Each is linked with MAPK14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK14-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK14 results are reported.
