Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,066 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPKAPK2, MAPKAPK3, and DEF6. Each is linked with MAPK14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK14-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK14 results are reported.
