Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK14-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02558, LSM3P2, and MIR6803. Each is linked with MAPK14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK14-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02558 grouped by MAPK14-low versus MAPK14-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
