MAPK12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,013 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AK2, FSCN1, and ERGIC1. Each is linked with MAPK12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK12-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
