Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,491 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK11, ARC, and SGCA. Each is linked with MAPK12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK12-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
