Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,344 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FSCN1, SARM1, and MYO5A. Each is linked with MAPK11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK11-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK11 results are reported.
