Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,906 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lipoprotein transport, Lipoprotein localization, and MAPK cascade. Each is linked with MAPK11 in more than 11 cancer types.
