Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAPK10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAPK10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher MAPK10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAPK10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC show a favorable association.
SKCM, UCEC, and SCLC are the cancer types where MAPK10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
