MAPK10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,015 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN11, SNTB2, and TNS1. Each is linked with MAPK10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK10-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK10 versus SEPTIN11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
