Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,637 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCXD3, SNHG3, and NRXN2. Each is linked with MAPK10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK10-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK10 versus PLCXD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
