Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,882 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS1, SKA1, and TYW3. Each is linked with MAPK10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK10-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAUS1 grouped by MAPK10-low versus MAPK10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
