Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, PKC-a_pS657, and c-Kit. Each is linked with MAPK10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK10-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK10 results are reported.
