Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are APCS, SPZ1, and RNASE3. Each is linked with MAPK10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK10-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APCS grouped by MAPK10-low versus MAPK10-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
