Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,514 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCR, KIAA1671, and TRMT2A. Each is linked with MAPK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK1 versus BCR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
