Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,596 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interleukin-34-mediated signaling pathway, Regulation of Golgi inheritance, and Positive regulation of macrophage proliferation. Each is linked with MAPK1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK1 results are reported.
