Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP7D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,034 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP7D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament depolymerization, Regulation of hippo signaling, and Protein depolymerization. Each is linked with MAP7D1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP7D1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP7D1 results are reported.
