MAP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,231 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP7_S335, MAP7_S315, and MAP7_S365. Each is linked with MAP7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP7-to-partner and partner-to-MAP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP7 versus MAP7_S335 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
