Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,492 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE2E, RNA5SP420, and RNA5SP45. Each is linked with MAP7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP7-to-partner and partner-to-MAP7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE2E grouped by MAP7-low versus MAP7-high in PRAD.
