MAP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 417 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF1, SIGLEC16, and CTDNEP1. Each is linked with MAP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP7-to-partner and partner-to-MAP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF1 grouped by MAP7-low versus MAP7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
