The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MAP6D1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP6D1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD are the cancer types where MAP6D1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
