MAP6D1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP6D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,298 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP6D1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR1, RSL1D1_S443, and TMEM41A. Each is linked with MAP6D1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP6D1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP6D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP6D1 versus FXR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP6D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP6D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
