MAP6D1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP6D1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,650 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP6D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STMN4, KMT2E-AS1, and CLDND1. Each is linked with MAP6D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP6D1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP6D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP6D1 versus STMN4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP6D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP6D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
