Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP6D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,952 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP6D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine-containing compound biosynthetic process, Cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with MAP6D1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP6D1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP6D1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pyrimidine-containing compound biosynthetic process grouped by MAP6D1-low versus MAP6D1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
