Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP4K5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP4K5 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MAP4K5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP4K5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LIHC, and PRAD are the cancer types where MAP4K5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
