MAP4K5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,560 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPARC, ASPN, and ANTXR1. Each is linked with MAP4K5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K5-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP4K5 versus SPARC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
