MAP4K5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,762 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23A, P3H4, and ANGPTL2. Each is linked with MAP4K5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K5-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP4K5 versus SEC23A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
