Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP4K5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,327 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cilium assembly, Microtubule polymerization, and Vesicle tethering to Golgi. Each is linked with MAP4K5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K5-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K5 results are reported.
