Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP4K3-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAP4K3-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MAP4K3-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP4K3-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and MESO show a favorable association.

UVM, UCEC, and KIRC are the cancer types where MAP4K3-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
