Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,587 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP4K2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP4K2_S328, MAP4K2_S394, and MYDGF. Each is linked with MAP4K2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K2 results are reported.
