Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,461 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP4K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL24, SNHG3, and FKTN. Each is linked with MAP4K2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP4K2 versus IL24 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
