Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP4K2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,261 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, Regulation of metaphase plate congression, and Tissue homeostasis. Each is linked with MAP4K2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K2 results are reported.
