Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP4K1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP4K1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MAP4K1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP4K1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, COAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where MAP4K1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
