MAP4K1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,766 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAC2, ADA2, and CD4. Each is linked with MAP4K1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP4K1 versus RAC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
