Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,360 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP4K1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD2, SLAMF1, and IKZF3. Each is linked with MAP4K1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP4K1 versus CD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
