MAP4K1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,607 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, AXIN1, and TENT4A. Each is linked with MAP4K1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by MAP4K1-low versus MAP4K1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
