MAP4K1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4K1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4K1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with MAP4K1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4K1-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4K1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by MAP4K1-low versus MAP4K1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
