MAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with MAP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP4-to-partner and partner-to-MAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by MAP4-low versus MAP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
