MAP3K9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,918 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC9, MTHFD1, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with MAP3K9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K9-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K9 versus TTC9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
