MAP3K9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,031 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K9-associated genes across cancer lineages are DENND10, SLC25A51, and LEO1. Each is linked with MAP3K9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K9-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DENND10 grouped by MAP3K9-low versus MAP3K9-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
