Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,402 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, Positive regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport, and Post-transcriptional gene silencing. Each is linked with MAP3K9 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K9-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K9 results are reported.
