Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,747 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Import into nucleus, Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, and Protein import into nucleus. Each is linked with MAP3K7 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K7-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K7 results are reported.
