Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP3K6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP3K6 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MAP3K6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP3K6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
KIRP, BLCA, and COAD are the cancer types where MAP3K6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
