The most reproducible MAP3K5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cellular component size, Regulation of sodium ion export across plasma membrane, and Positive regulation of sodium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with MAP3K5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K5-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K5 results are reported.
