MAP3K3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,772 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, RPL5, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with MAP3K3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K3-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
