Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP3K20 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP3K20 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher MAP3K20 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP3K20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

READ, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where MAP3K20 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
