Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP3K2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAP3K2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher MAP3K2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP3K2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CCRCC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where MAP3K2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
