MAP3K2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with MAP3K2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by MAP3K2-low versus MAP3K2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
