Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP3K2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,652 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAP3K2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, Cytosolic transport, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MAP3K2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K2-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K2 results are reported.
