MAP3K12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,571 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K12-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMBR1L, KATNIP, and INTS3. Each is linked with MAP3K12 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K12-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K12 versus LMBR1L in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
